Privacy notice

Diginith LLC  ◆  Last updated October 10, 2026

This notice sets out what Diginith LLC does with personal information when you browse this website, write to us, or hire us. We are a limited liability company organized in New York, with our business address at 1926 Genesee Street, Suite 1-597, Utica, NY 13501, United States.

For the information described below we decide why and how it is handled. When we handle information belonging to a client’s own customers as part of an engagement, we act only on that client’s written instructions under a separate agreement.

1. What we collect

  • What you send us. Your name, email address, company, telephone number, website and whatever you write in the brief when you use the request form or email the studio.
  • What the site records. IP address, browser and device, the page that referred you, which pages you opened and how long you stayed. Anything beyond what the site needs to function is only recorded once you allow it.
  • Client records. If you engage us, the business contacts, billing details and project material needed to do the work, as described in the services agreement.

2. What we do with it

  • Reply to you and prepare whatever proposal or scope you asked for.
  • Carry out an agreement with you, raise invoices and provide support.
  • Keep the site running, secure and improving.
  • Send occasional service notices to current clients, each with a way to stop them.
  • Meet our tax, accounting and legal obligations.

We use what we hold for the purposes above or something closely related, and we will tell you first if that ever needs to change.

3. We do not sell it

Diginith LLC does not sell or share personal information in the sense those words carry under United States privacy statutes, including the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended. Nothing you send is passed to lead brokers, data brokers or advertisers, and we run no loyalty or incentive scheme tied to your information.

4. Who else sees it

Only suppliers who process it for us under contract — website hosting, email delivery, analytics, cloud storage, customer records and accounting software — along with our accountants and lawyers where genuinely needed. We will disclose information where the law compels us to, and we will tell you when we are permitted to.

5. Where it is handled

We operate from the United States and our suppliers may hold information here and in other countries. Writing to us from outside the United States means accepting that your message is handled here. Where a transfer falls under European or United Kingdom rules we use Standard Contractual Clauses or an equivalent approved route, and we will describe the safeguards on request.

6. How long it stays

Request records are kept for up to two years from your last message unless you ask us to remove them sooner. Client records are held for the engagement and up to seven years afterwards where tax and accounting rules require it. Anything past that is deleted or stripped of identifying detail.

7. Your rights

Depending where you live you may be entitled to know what we hold, receive a copy, have it corrected or deleted, opt out of any sale or sharing — we do neither — and not be treated worse for asking. Residents of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia and a growing list of other states have these rights in statute. We extend the same treatment to anybody who asks, wherever they are.

Write to support@diginithllc.net or call +1 (716) 300-1246. We acknowledge quickly and answer within forty-five days, and we will say so if we need a short extension. We may have to confirm who you are first. There is never a charge for a reasonable request, and an authorized agent may ask on your behalf with your written permission.

If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and say so — we will look again. You may also contact the attorney general in your state.

8. Keeping it safe

The site runs over HTTPS only. Access to request and client records is limited to people who need it, protected by multi-factor authentication and reviewed periodically. No system is beyond reach, so if something did go wrong we would notify you, and any regulator entitled to know, without unnecessary delay.

9. Cookies

Our Cookie notice explains what is set, by whom, and how to refuse it.

10. Changes, and how to reach us

Material changes to this notice are reflected in the date at the top of the page, and we will tell you directly where that is warranted.
