Cookie notice

Diginith LLC  ◆  Last updated October 10, 2026

This notice covers the small files this website asks your browser to keep, what they are for, and how to refuse them.

1. What they are

A cookie is a short piece of text a site stores on your device so it can recognize the browser on a later visit. Similar things — local storage, pixels, device identifiers — do much the same job and are treated the same way here.

2. What this site uses

Necessary

Required for the site to work at all: session integrity, the security token on the request form that blocks automated submissions, and remembering your cookie choice so we stop asking. These cannot be switched off.

Measurement

Counts visits and shows which pages are read and where people leave, so we can improve the site. Only set once you allow it, and refusing changes nothing about how the site behaves for you.

Advertising

Where we run advertising for the studio, these record which ad brought you here. Only set once you allow it.

3. Other people’s cookies

Some are set by suppliers rather than by us — analytics and, where it runs, advertising measurement. They are bound by contract to use the data only for the service they provide to us. Their own notices explain their side of it.

4. Turning them off

Use the consent control on the site where one is shown. Every major browser also lets you block or delete cookies in its settings, and blocking everything will break parts of most websites, not just this one.

5. Do Not Track

We respect Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals where the platforms we use support them, and no optional cookie is loaded for a visitor sending one.

6. Which rules apply

Our use of cookies follows United States privacy law, and European or United Kingdom rules for visitors covered by them. Optional cookies are set only after you allow them, and you can withdraw that permission whenever you like.

7. Questions

Write to support@diginithllc.net and a person will answer.
