Billing and cancellation

Diginith LLC  ◆  Last updated October 10, 2026

This policy explains when money comes back, when it does not, and how to stop work. It forms part of our Terms.

1. The nature of what we sell

We sell professional time and the things that time produces. There is no physical item to return and no license to deactivate, so the rules below are written around work performed rather than goods shipped.

2. Before anything starts

A signed scope can be withdrawn at no cost at any point before work begins. Tell us in writing and anything already paid comes back in full within fourteen days. We would always rather release a client who has changed their mind than hold them to a document.

3. Stopping ongoing work

Ongoing engagements run in quarterly cycles so the work has room to produce evidence. The first cycle is committed. After it, either side may end the arrangement with thirty days written notice.

  • The notice period is invoiced and worked in the normal way.
  • Fees already paid for months already delivered are not refunded.
  • Anything paid in advance for months beyond the notice period is returned within fourteen days.

4. Stopping a build

Fixed-scope builds are billed against milestones. Cancel partway and you are charged for the milestones finished plus the work in progress on the current one up to the date you tell us. Whatever you have paid beyond that comes back within fourteen days, and you keep everything completed to that point.

5. If we fail to deliver

Should we miss a deliverable named in the scope for reasons that are ours rather than yours, tell us and we will agree a revised date or a credit. If neither is acceptable we refund the fee for the part not delivered. We would rather settle this in an email than argue about it later.

6. What does not come back

  • Work already performed and accepted.
  • Advertising spend. That money goes from you to the platforms and we never hold it, so only the platform can return it.
  • Third-party costs committed on your behalf with your approval, such as stock imagery, fonts, hosting or software subscriptions.
  • Fees where a result fell short but the scope was delivered. We sell the work, not a guaranteed outcome, and we say so before you sign.
  • Time lost to delays on your side after a schedule was agreed.

7. How to ask

Email support@diginithllc.net from an address we already correspond with, naming the engagement and what you want to happen. We reply within five business days and settle approved refunds within fourteen days, by the route the original payment came in.

8. If we disagree

Raise it with us first and we will try to resolve it directly, because that is faster and cheaper for both of us. Anything unresolved is handled under the Which law applies section of our Terms.
